She’s always felt driven to make the world a better place for her children. After her battle with breast cancer in 2023, she began looking for a way to create products that were inspirational, unique, and environmentally conscious. She wanted a significant portion of the sales to go to furthering cancer research. Learning that the fashion industry’s overproduction of clothing can contribute to greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, and the depletion of natural resources, she decided to upcycle her pieces.
